Moscow, SANA-Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova announced on Wednesday that Russia is working with the US to increase the effective cooperation at all levels for the settlement of the crisis in Syria.
In an interview with Sputnik News Agency, Zakharova affirmed that Moscow has put forward a long time ago suggestions relating to the development of this cooperation.
“Russia is confident that its set suggestions and the level of cooperation that we have showed will give grounds for saying that we are able to work with the Americans in an effective way,” Zakharova said.
She considered it is too early to talk about holding a new meeting for the International Syria Support Group (ISSG) , noting that the coming days will witness intensive contacts between military and political experts.
