Homs, SANA- Homs Governor Talal al-Barazi said that an agreement was made between the reconciliation sub-committees to move weapons and gunmen out of al-Waer neighborhood, adding that all state institutions and services will be restored to the neighborhood upon the implementation.
Al-Barazi said in a statement to SANA reporter that the sub-committees discussed during a meeting on Tuesday the suitable mechanism to accomplish the agreement, adding that starting from the next week the first batch of armed militants will exit the area along with their families.
The past few months witnessed many attempts to solve the issue of al-Waer neighborhood, located in the western side of Homs city, to clear it out of weapons and gunmen.
