Damascus, SANA- The Republic Show Jumping Championship wrapped up activities on Sunday at Bassel al-Assad Club for Shooting and Equestrian Sports in al-Dimas in Damascus Countryside amid a wide participation of equestrians from all categories.
Equestrian Omar Hamshow was crowned champion in the category of the 130 cm high hurdles, while equestrian Sham al-Assad came second and equestrian Mahmoud Arafa ranked third.
In the category of 115 cm high obstacles, equestrian Sham al-Assad ranked first, Boshra al-Assad second and Mou’amen Zindaqi third.
In the category of the 105 cm high obstacles, equestrian Boshra al-Assad came in the first place, Omar Ghaza in the second and Ayya Hamshow third.
In the category of the hurdles whose height reached 90 cm, equestrian Mou’amen Zindaqi won the first place, while Jwad Nizam came second and Ayya Hamshow third.
