Damascus, SANA – The Central Bank of Syria (CBS) on Tuesday set the exchange rate of the USD at SYP 290.44 for banks and SYP 291.45 for currency exchange companies.

The USD exchange rate for transfers was set at SYP 290.

The CBS also set the exchange rate of the EUR against the SYP at 332.92 for banks and SYP 334.07 for currency exchange companies, while it was set at SYP 334.82 for transfers.

On Monday, the USD exchange rate was set at SYP 289.92 for banks and SYP 290.44 for currency exchange companies.
