Damascus, SANA The Central Bank of Syria (CBS) on Thursday set the exchange rate of the USD against the SYP at 276.17 for banks and at SYP 276.37 for currency exchange companies.

The USD exchange rate for transfers was set at SYP 275.

The CBS set the exchange rate of the Euro against the SYP at 308.85 for banks and 309.08 for currency exchange companies and 309.87 for transfers.

On Wednesday, the exchange rate of the USD against the SYP was 271.29 for banks and SYP 271.35 for currency exchange companies.
