Homs, SANA – Under the auspices of the Health Ministry, “Homs Recovery Conference”, organized by MedGlobal Organization International, in partnership with the Homs Doctors Syndicate, began at the Safir Hotel in Homs.
The conference’s first day started under the slogan “Together we rebuild health… Together we rebuild people” and it will include topics such as the impact of war on the healthcare sector in Syria, the state of the healthcare sector in Homs, mental health at times of war, and drug addiction in Syria.
Other topics will include MedGlobal’s expertise and local influence, the role of local charities and civil society organizations in supporting the governorate’s healthcare system, women and children’s health and nutrition at times of crises, healthcare in rural areas, and health education and training.”
180 doctors from Syria, along with 50 doctors from Arab and foreign countries with various specialties, Pharmacists, investors, pharmaceutical company owners, international experts, businessmen, and innovators participate in the two-day with conference.
