Damascus, SANA- In the context of the 5th Joint Syrian Russian Meeting to follow un on International Conference on the Return of the Syrian refugees and Displaced., a Russian delegation discussed with directors from the Health Ministry mechanisms for promoting bilateral health cooperation.
The two sides discussed the importance of expanding mutual cooperation in hospitals and primary health-care services in addition to medical equipment, ambulances supplies and exchange of medicines.
The delegation affirmed his country’s readiness to train Syrian physicians of various specialties particularly diseases such as cancers and cardiovascular diseases.
The Syrian side, on his part, declared that a list shows the numbers of doctors to receive training will be sent.
