Aleppo, SANA-President Bashar al-Assad and Mrs. Asma al-Assad toured Aleppo markets, entered shops that are back to action, saluted and exchanged Eid greetings with the people of Aleppo, who received them with amity, love and warmth.
President al-Assad and Mrs. Asmaa also visited the Umayyad Mosque, one of the most important historical Islamic monuments, whose restoration work is continuing after all the destruction it was exposed to during the years of war and passed through by the old city markets, which are being revived and restored successively.
