Showers expected in southeastern, al-Jazeera regions

Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will remain from 2 to 4 degrees above average as the country is affected by a weak air pressure in all parts of the atmosphere.

The Meteorological Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the skies will be clear to cloudy, and showers accompanied by thunder will fall in the southeastern, al-Jazeera, al-Badia and al-Qalamoun regions.

The wind will be of changeable direction to southwesterly in the western and southern regions while it will be southeasterly with a low to moderate speed in the other regions, and the sea waves will be low in height.

The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 17/30, Daraa 17/30, Homs 13/29, Lattakia 15/22, Aleppo 16/32 and Deir Ezzor 21/33.
