Damascus, SANA – President Bashar al-Assad issued on Thursday legislative decree no. 12 for 2015 on exempting subscribers and citizens allotted flats by the General Establishment for Housing from overdue penalties and fines on late installments deserved by the establishment.

As per the decree, people can be exempted from the fines if they pay the overdue amount of money in full or by installments by the end of this decree’s 4-month effect period.
