Decree exempts owners of facilities from fines of delaying the monthly insurance payments for their employees  

Damascus, SANA-President Bashar al-Assad on Sunday issued Legislative decree No. 35 for 2020 which exempts owners of facilities who are subscribers to the Social Insurance General Establishment in the liberated areas since the beginning of 2019 from due fines and additional amounts because of their delay to pay the monthly insurance subscription for their employees if they pay the amounts during one year as of the date of  issuing this decree.
