Occupied Syrian Golan, SANA-Liberated captive Sudqi al-Maqt has stressed that people of the occupied Syrian Golan will continue defending their lands, no matter what the price, and they will not allow the Israeli occupation to implement their settlement scheme aimed at installing wind turbines on their agricultural lands.
Al-Maqt, in a statement to the Syrian TV Channel, said that while people of the occupied Syrian Golan were gathering on the roads leading to their agricultural lands which the occupation authorities threaten to seize, the Israeli occupation forces have intensified their presence in the occupied Syrian Golan with the aim of seizing the agricultural lands on which they want to implement their settlement scheme.
He stressed that people of the occupied Golan have gathered near their lands in rejection of that scheme, and to affirm that they will not accept it and will not allow its implementation because this is a Syrian Arab.
Al-Maqt affirmed the adherence of the people of occupied Golan to the land and the Syrian Arab identity and that they will continue the struggle till the liberation of every inch of the occupied Syrian Golan.
The Israeli occupation forces closed a number of the main entrances of the villages in the occupied Syrian Golan and prevented the locals from reaching their agricultural lands on which the occupation authorities want to establish huge wind turbines.
