Damascus, SANA-Temperatures will remain above average in most regions as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by northwesterly air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general with a little chance for showers over the coastal and northern regions and al-Jazeera region, while at night, the weather will be cold, warning against fog over the mountains, and the inland, al-Qalamoun and Ghouta regions.
The wind will be westerly to southwesterly with a low to a moderate speed, while the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 10/20, Daraa 9/17, Homs 6/19, Hasaka 5/14, Tartous 13/21, Aleppo 4/15, Idleb 5/15, Deir Ezzor6/19.
