Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will remain around or slightly above average as the country is affected by low air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the weather will be moderate between clear to partly cloudy in general, rain showers are expected, while it will be cold at night on the mountains.
The Department warned against fogs in some inland areas.
The wind will be changeable to northwesterly, while the sea waves will be low in height.
According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform rain bulletin the rain amounts in the Syrian provinces were as follows: 4 mm in Damascus countryside, 11mm in Homs and 16mm in Hama.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 19/11, Daraa 23/10, Homs 22/9, Hasaka 19/7, Aleppo24/7 and Tartous 26/16.
