Damascus, SANA- In the framework of the precautionary measures taken by government to confront Coronavirus, the Transport Ministry suspended work of all its directorates and affiliated service centers in all provinces.
In a statement to SANA on Thursday, the Ministry said that the work at all its directorates in all provinces will be suspended as of the 22 nd of March until further notice for the prevention of Coronavirus.
The Ministry indicated that period of suspension will be considered as an official holiday in order to exempt the owners of vehicles from paying penalty on delay of annual fees.
