Damascus, SANA- The country will be affected by a low air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere, heavy rain accompanied with thunder is expected in most areas, particularly over the coastal areas.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Tuesday bulletin that the weather will be partly cloudy to rainy, heavy rain, accompanied with thunder, is expected over the coastal and northern regions.
The winds will be southwestern of high speed in most areas, particularly in the coastal areas, while in the eastern areas, al-Badia and al-Jazira it will be eastern to southeastern of moderate to high speed, the sea waves will be high in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 16/06, Daraa 17/07, Homs 11/05, Lattakia 18/12, Hasaka 15/04, Aleppo 11/08 and Deir Ezzor 18/05.
