Damascus countryside, SANA-Upon the directives of President Bashar al-Assad, Speaker of the people’s Assembly, Hammoudah al-Sabbagh, offered condolences to the family of parliament member Georgina Rizk who passed away on Sunday in a traffic accident in Damascus.
Sabbagh conveyed President al-Assad’s condolences and consolations to the family of late Rizk. In turn, the family and relatives of the late MP thanked and appreciated President al-Assad’s generous gesture.
Late Georgina Rizk was born in 1977, member of the parliament for Damascus countryside seat during the legislative term 2016/2020.
