Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad on Thursday issued the legislative decree no. 24 for the year 2019 which stipulates for increasing the pensions of the retired civilian and military employees by 16,000 SYP after adding the livelihood compensation granted according to the Article.3 of the Legislative Decree No. 7 for the year 2015 and the legislative decree No. 13 for the year 2016 to the pension.
