Army finds weapons from Daesh remnants in Deir Ezzor eastern countryside

Deir Ezzor, SANA- Units of the Syrian Arab Army on Saturday found huge amounts of weapons and ammunition from the remnants of Daesh (ISIS) during combing the liberated areas in Deir Ezzor eastern countryside.

A military source said that units of the army continue combing Deir Ezzor eastern countryside to pave the way for the return of all displaced people to their homes.

The source added that the units found weapons, munitions, mortar rounds, and a rockets launching pad that were hidden in holes near the people’s houses in al-Sayyal, al-Mohasan, Hasarat, al-Swe’ia, and al-Here between the countryside of al-Mayadeen and al-Bukmal.
