Damascus, SANA-President Bahsar Al-Assad on Saturday issued decree that assigns Dr. Mohammad Ghazi al-Jalali to form the new cabinet in Syria.
Dr. Mohammad Ghazi al-Jalali was born in Damascus in 1969.
He previously served as Minister of Communications and Technology from August 2014 to July 2016.
He was also Deputy Minister of Communications and Technology from May 2008 to August 2014,
Associate Professor and President of the Syrian Private University (SBU) since September 2023
Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Arab Quality Makers since April 2019.
Dr. Al-Jalali holds a PhD in Engineering Economics from Ain Shams University in Cairo in 2000, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Ain Shams University in Cairo in 1997, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Civil Engineering from Damascus University in 1994, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Damascus University in 1992.
