Moscow, SANA – Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said that dialogue is being held between Moscow and Washington on Syria, pointing out that there are a number of dialogue formulas that are not being announced.
In a press statement on Monday in Moscow, Ryabkov said that dialogue with the Americans on Syria is conducted on multiple levels, and that there are forms that are not announced which involve representatives of different departments, including the Foreign Ministry.
He affirmed that terrorists in Ghouta are breaching the specified truce (between 9 am and 2 pm on every day) and that the dialogue with the US side on this issue will continue, adding that Moscow will explain patiently to Washington that their assessments of the situation are false.
