Damascus, SANA- Speaker of People’s Assembly Hammouda Sabbagh affirmed that the downing of the Israeli enemy’s warplane and missiles by the Syrian Air Defense Forces represents “an important shift in the engagement rules imposed by Syria.”
“The incident is a strategic strike against the enemy,” Sabbagh said in a statement at a session on Sunday.
The Syrian Arab Air Defense intercepted an Israeli aggression last week on a military site in the central region and hit more than a warplane and missiles. The Israeli enemy admitted the downing of one of its F-16.
