Army discovers US weapons left behind by Daesh and al-Nusra in Hama, Aleppo, and Idleb

Provinces, SANA – Syrian Arab Army units uncovered on Saturday large amounts of weapons and munitions, some of which are US-made, that were left behind by Daesh (ISIS) and Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in the liberated villages in Hama, Aleppo, and Idleb countryside.

A source on the ground told SANA’s reporter in Hama that the army units seized large amounts of weapons and munitions left behind by Daesh and al-Nusra terrorists, during the army’s combing operations in the villages near Ibn Wardan castle in Hama countryside and the villages in Idleb and Aleppo countryside.

The source added that the seized weapons included scores of munitions boxes, dozens of mortar shells, a rocket launcher, and US-made TOW launchers.
