Moscow, SANA- Kremlin Spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, said that arrangements for holding the Syrian National Dialogue Congress scheduled at the end of January in Sochi are underway through expert-level meetings of the guarantor countries of the cessation of hostilities agreement in Syria.
Speaking to reporters in Moscow, Peskov said that there are quite intensive contacts at the expert level of the guarantor countries (Russia, Iran and Turkey) to determine the list of participants in Sochi’s Congress.
In response to a question on whether a summit of guarantor countries’ leaders is scheduled ahead of the Syrian National Dialogue Congress, Peskov said that so far there is no time limit for any connections at the highest levels, but such contacts can be quite quickly arranged if necessary.
