Hama, SANA – An army unit, in cooperation with popular defense groups, found three thousand tons of stolen wheat hidden underground in one of ISIS hideouts in al-Qastal village in the eastern countryside of Hama province.
Hama Governor told SANA that the amounts of wheat were found in three sites, each containing at least 1000 tons, pointing out that the required mechanisms have been provided in order to extract the wheat without harming the quality of the grains.
The Governor noted that a total of approximately 5500 tons of stolen wheat have so far been found in ISIS hideouts in various areas in the eastern countryside of Hama, namely in al-Barghouthiya and al-Qastal villages.
