Damascus countryside, SANA- A convoy carrying relief and humanitarian aid entered on Monday Harasta area in Damascus countryside under the supervision of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC).
In statement posted on SARC Facebook page, the Red Crescent said that it had been able to deliver the humanitarian aid batch which was supposed to arrive in Harasta , Mdera, Misraba in Damascus countryside two days ago in cooperation with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), and the UN offices.
SARC noted that the convoy consists of 37 trucks carrying relief materials including food, flour, medicine, and kids’ clothes adding that the number of the beneficiaries is estimated at 11,000 people.
