Damascus, SANA- Temperatures remain 2 to 3 degrees below average as the country is affected by a low air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere accompanied by a wet air mass.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the skies will be partly cloudy to cloudy in general, rain showers accompanied with thunder are expected highland and snowfall is expected in heights.
The winds will be northwestern of low to moderate speed, while the sea waves will be low to moderate in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 12/05, Homs 10/05, Hama 10/06, Lattakia 19/08, Aleppo 12/04 and Deir Ezzor 15/04.
