Damascus, SANA – Caretaker State Minister for National Reconciliation Affairs Dr. Ali Haidar stressed the importance of the role of popular and civil societies in the national reconciliation process and alleviating the suffering of the families which were displaced because of terrorism.
In a meeting with the national reconciliation committee in al-Midan neighborhood in Damascus, Haidar said the Ministry is ready to cooperate with all popular and civil sides as to restore security and services to all areas and commence the reconstruction stage.
Haidar was briefed by the committee’s members on the difficulties hindering their work in many areas near Yarmouk Camp, al-Tadamun, and Filsteen Camp.
Members of the committee said their efforts to resolve the issue of abductees and detainees have never stopped, adding that the committee is currently working on establishing clinics to treat people, particularly relatives of martyrs and the injured, in exchange for nominal fees.
Haidar: We are determined to achieve national reconciliations in Quneitra villages
Caretaker State Minister for National Reconciliation Affairs Ali Haidar stressed the ministry’s determination to accomplish national reconciliation in all areas, including Quneitra province, saying that weapons to be redirected at the Zionist enemy.
Meeting members of the Circassian Consultative Council, Haidar said that the Zionist entity has benefited from the Syrian crisis, and that it provided terrorists with support and facilitated their infiltration into the country, which serves the Zionist-American plans against Syria.
He highlighted the Ministry’s efforts in cooperation with civil initiatives to resolve the legal status of individuals who were misled in several villages in Quneitra province.
For his part, Head of the Circassian Consultative Council, Adnan Kabrattai, reviewed the Council’s efforts to assist Syrian citizens and provide health and medical aid to them, indicating to the inhuman acts of terrorist groups against Circassian residents in Marj al-Sultan and Khanaser villages.
He stressed the Council’s readiness to cooperate and coordinate with the ministry and create an appropriate atmosphere to achieve national reconciliation, solve the issues of detainees and abductees, and help displaced people return to their homes.
