Two drug dealers arrested in Hama

Hama, SANA – The Criminal Security Department in Hama province arrested two members of a gang of drug dealers.

Hama Police chief Maj. Gen. Ashraf Taha on Thursday told SANA that the Criminal Security Department in Hama arrested two drug dealers after storming into two dens of a gang in Hama city.

Taha indicated that the drug dealers will be prosecuted after they had confessed to being involved in drug dealing together with other dealers in the province.

He added that investigations are underway to find out the whereabouts of the rest of the gang’s members and their funding sources.

On September 19th, the Criminal Security Department in Hama seized 1000 pills of Captagon in al-Qusour neighborhood in Hama City.
