Damascus, SANA – President Bashar al-Assad issued on Wednesday Decree no. 293 for 2016 on increasing up to 15 the number of seats allocated for sons and daughters of martyrs in the first stage of university and on allocating 2% of seats for them in master’s degree and specialization and qualification studies in all colleges.
