Sweida/Homs, SANA-Nearly 600 persons had their legal status settled in Sweida during a national event attended by official, popular and religious figures at Sweida Branch building of al-Baath Arab Socialist Party.
During the event, Governor of Sweida Amer Ibrahim al-Eshi said that the inviation is opened to embrace all the young people who have mislead their way where the legal status will be settled in cooperation with all authorities concerned.
For their part, those who have their legal status expressed their commitment to homeland, pledging to return to their normal life.
They also called on all those who have mislead their way to settle their legal status and take advantage of those initiatives and the amnesty decrees.
Legal status of 130 persons in Homs settled
Legal status of 130 persons from Homs Province was settled after they had turned themselves in to authorities on Wednesday in accordance with the amnesty decree No.15 for 2016.
The persons come from different parts of Homs province including the city of Homs, al-Rastan, Talbisa and Palmyra.
