Moscow, SANA-Syria and Russia signed on Friday a scientific cooperation agreement in the field of space technology and remote sensing.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Osama al-Ammar the General Director of General Authority for Remote Sensing and on the Russian side by Igor Komarov the Head of Roscommon State Corporation for Space Activities.
Russia and Syria are linked by well-established relations based on cooperation between the two countries according to a number of agreements and protocols in various fields.
