Hama/Homs, SANA- Authorities in Hama province confiscated in an ambush various arms, munitions, and shells which were headed to the terrorist groups in the eastern countryside of the province.
SANA reporter said that the shipment, which was hidden in a truck, included a quantity of arms including a DShK machinegun, B10 cannon, thermal rockets, and tank, artillery, mortar, and RPG shells, in addition to defensive and offensive grenades and assorted ammo.
During the ambush, authorities killed two terrorists who were inside the truck.
On a relevant note, the authorities in Homs seized large amount of Captagon tablets which were hidden inside a car in Talkalakh area in the western countryside of Homs.
SANA reporter said that a patrol chased a Suzuki car on the Homs-Tartous Highway and finally seized it in the countryside of Talkalakh, adding that the seized narcotics consist of 200,000 Captagon tablets which were hidden inside boxes in the car.
