In a statement to SANA, GAPAR Director General Ali Mustafa said that in coordination with the governorates of Damascus and Damascus Countryside, 2400 food and health packages were distributed on Wednesday to the displaced families of Yarmouk Camp who fled their neighborhood due to the criminal acts of the terrorist organizations, mainly ISIS.
Medical services, teeth treatment services and medicines were also provided to needy and patient persons, Mustafa added.
He pointed out that aid delivery and distribution will continue to the displaced families of Yarmouk Camp who are currently residing in the nearby towns of Yalda, Babila and Beit Sahm in Damascus countryside towns, saying that since January 2014, around 141,782 food packages and 47,380 health packages have been distributed.
