Moscow, SANA_ Russia’s Inter RAO Company said that consultations over building Tishreen 3 Thermal Plant in Syria are underway.
Russian Kommersant daily indicated last July that Syria asked Russia to invest in Tishreen 3 Thermal Plant at Damascus suburbs with an estimated cost of USD 1 billion.
A source at the company in Moscow told reporters Monday that talks over this project are underway and did not finish yet.
