Damascus, SANA – Members of the French parliamentary delegation visited on Sunday Massar project, where they got acquainted with its children-oriented programs and scientific activities that use interaction-based teaching methods.
Thierry Mariani, head of the delegation that includes five members of the French National Assembly and 25 journalists, political analysts and activists, expressed in a statement to SANA his admiration of Massar project and its role in contributing to the social and psychological balance of participant children.
For his part, Programs Director at Massar Ibrahim al-Rayes explained that Massar is one of the projects initiated by Syria Trust for Development, and it aims to provide kids and young people in Syria with life skills to become active citizens capable of building their future.
The Syria Trust for Development is a non-governmental organization that supports and sponsors social initiatives via partnerships with civil society organizations and individuals, focusing on development and social issues and working to promote business pioneering and volunteer work.
