Muscat, SANA – A delegation from the Chamber of Industry of Damascus and its countryside, which is currently visiting Oman, discussed with a number of Omani officials means to develop investment, economic and industrial cooperation between both countries and increase the volume of trade exchange.
On the sidelines of the 3rd edition of Business Opportunities Forum organized by Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Syrian delegation met the Omani Minister of Commerce and Industry Ali al-Saidi, who affirmed the necessity of enhancing cooperation between Syria and Oman and exchanging expertise to meet the needs of the Syrian and Omani markets.
The delegation also discussed with the chief executive of Oman International Exhibition Center Saleh al-Habsi and the Chairman of Board of Directors of Sham Company for International Exhibitions and Conferences Jumaa al-Azimi a number of ideas to support establishing exhibitions in both countries.
