Moscow and Washington exchange lists of terrorist organizations in Syria

Moscow, SANA – Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov announced that Moscow and Washington have exchanged lists of terrorist organizations in Syria, and that there these lists largely coincide.

Bogdanov also said that there is need for involving dozens of representatives from the “Free Army” in the political settlement and reaching a ceasefire, adding that Russia has held several meetings with some of those representatives.

He stated that Moscow is prepared to host a meeting between the Syrian government and the “opposition” if that proves to be necessary, and that Moscow received from Saudi Arabia a preliminary list of “Syrian opposition.”
