Damascus, SANA – The temperatures will continue to drop to become around average or slightly lower as the country is affected by low air pressure coming from the south and accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general, while the winds will be light in speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
Tomorrow, the temperatures will be around average or slightly higher and thundershowers are expected in the northwestern and coastal areas in the afternoon and the evening, while the weather will be misty in the southern and eastern areas.
The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 29/17, Aleppo 28/15, Hama 30/16, Lattakia 28/18 and Homs 27/15.
