Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will slightly drop while remaining from 3 to 5 degrees above average as the country is being affected by a superficial Indian seasonal low pressure accompanied by a subtropical high pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 39/20, Lattakia 33/24, Hama 40/23, Aleppo 39/22, and Homs 37/21.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the weather will be relatively hot and the skies will be clear in general and the humidity will be high in the western and southern areas while the weather will be misty and hot in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badiya “desert” areas.
The wind will be westerly to northwesterly moderate and it becomes active sometimes and the sea waves will be low in height.
Tomorrow, no change will be witnessed in the weather conditions while on Saturday, the temperatures will continue to drop to become from 2 to 4 degrees higher than average and rain showers are expected to fall at night in the coastal areas.
