Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will remain around average or slightly higher as the country is still being affected by an Indian seasonal low pressure accompanied by a weak low air pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Saturday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general and local rain showers are expected in the evening in the northwestern areas and al-Qalamoun area while the weather will be misty in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badiya “desert” areas.
Expected Temperatures in the major cities are as follow: Damascus 37/22, Aleppo 37/23, Homs 36/22, Lattakia 31/25, Hama 38/24, Sweida 35/21, and Hasaka 41/27.
The wind will be westerly to northwesterly moderate and the sea waves will be low in height.
Tomorrow, the temperatures will rise to become from 3 to 5 degrees above average and the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general and local rain showers are expected over the southern and al-Qalamoun areas.
