Quneitra, SANA – Quneitra governorate sent on Thursday a second batch of humanitarian and relief aid to Hadar village to be distributed to terrorism-affected and needy people as the town has recently faced an attack by terrorists.
Governor Ahmad Sheikh Abdul-Qader pointed out that the food aid includes 1500 food packages and 1500 flour bags.
Abdul-Qader affirmed that the road to Hadar is open despite the terrorists’ continued assault thanks to the “heroism” of the members of Syrian Arab Army and the popular defense groups in Harfa and Hadar villages.
He explained that the soldiers and defense groups’ members have opened the agricultural road between Hadar and Harfa since the beginning of the terrorists’ attack on the two villages and the military posts in al-Toloul al-Homr and al-Amal farms to secure access for food and gas supplies and rescuing wounded people and military members.
The governor denied reports circulated by some media channels that Hadar village is besieged, stressing that these are mere “rumors” that come in the framework of the psychological warfare to frighten locals.
