Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will continue to rise to become slightly above average as the country is being affected by a superficial low air pressure coming from the southeast and accompanied by western air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the weather will be between clear and partly cloudy in general while it will be misty in the eastern and al-Badyia “desert” areas.
The wind will be northwesterly moderate and the waves will be medium in height.
On Friday, the temperatures will remain slightly above average and the weather will be between clear and partly cloudy in general and rain showers are expected over the coastal and northwestern areas and the westerly wind will become active in the evening and at night while the weather will be misty in the eastern and al-Badyia areas.
On Saturday, the temperatures will drop to become below average and the weather will be between clear and partly cloudy in general and rain showers are expected in the coastal and the northwestern areas and the westerly wind will be active while the weather will be misty in the eastern and al-Badyia areas.
