Law amends two articles of Traffic, vehicles law

Damascus, SANA President Bashar al-Assad issued on Saturday Law No. 4 for 2015 amending two articles No. 96 and 180 of the Traffic and Vehicles Law No. 31 for 2004 and its amendments.

According to the new law, owner of the car has the right to appeal the verdict of the vocational test, and the owner and driver are responsible for any compensation to the material and physical damages.
