Hasaka, SANA – Qamishli International Airport ran 260 domestic and international flights last month.
Mohammad Deckro, Head of Qamishli Airport, which is based in the northeastern province of Hasaka, told SANA Wednesday the total number of passengers who travelled on the flights reached 22,000 passengers.
Deckro added that the flights included 228 flights carried out by the Syrian Airlines (Syrian Air), 4 of those flights to Kuwait, 32 others carried out by Cham Wings Airlines.
Syrian Air works actively to ensure providing best services to its passengers after the increasing demand of air travel due to the current crisis in the country.
During last April, 267, domestic and international flights, used Qamishli Airport.
