Pumping large amounts of US dollar at SYP 220

Damascus, SANA-Competent authorities continue to pump large quantities of the US dollar in the market with SYP 220  against one USD.

A special source told SANA that the authorities will continue to pump foreign currency in the market during next week.

Meanwhile, other sources affirmed that big quantities of the foreign currency were distributed to a number of money-change companies in all provinces to sell the dollar by SYP 220 .

Concerned authorities have distributed, on 3rd May,large amounts of US dollar at SYP 275.
