Two civilians killed, 16 wounded in terrorist mortar attacks in Damascus countryside

Provinces, SANA- A young woman was killed on Wednesday due to a terrorist mortar attack in al-Tadamoun neighborhood in Damascus.

A source at the Police Command said that a mortar shell fired by terrorists landed on a house in al-Tadamoun neighborhood.

The attack caused the death of a twenty-year-old woman and the injury of her brother, 14, and a woman in her forties, in addition to massive material damage in the house.

A civilian was killed in Damascus countryside

Meanwhile in Damascus countryside, a civilian was killed due to terrorist mortar attack in al-Wafideen Camp.

A source at the Police Command told SANA reporter Wednesday that terrorist organizations had targeted the Camp with mortar shells that fell at the entrance of the Camp.

A man was killed and 13 others, among them four women, were injured, according to the source.

Mortar shells on al-Bayrouni hospital, Harasta suburb in Damascus Countryside.

Meanwhile,  material damages were caused by new terrorist attacks using mortar shells on al-Bayrouni hospital in Harasta neighborhood and Harasta suburb in Damascus Countryside.

“Three mortar shells launched by terrorists fell on the hospital and in the vicinity of the hospital,   causing material damages without any injuries among the medical staff, patients or visitors,” a source at the Police Command said.

The surrounding areas of Harasta witness frequent attacks by terrorist organizations in Harasta and Douma.

The source added that five mortar shells fired by terrorists hit Harasta suburb at the northern entrance of Damascus, causing material damages to civilians’ properties without any injuries.

A civilian injured in terrorist mortar attacks on villages in Sweida countryside

Terrorists targeted by mortar shells locals in Dama and al-Dwaira villages in the northwestern countryside of Sweida southern province on Wednesday.

A police source told SANA that seven mortars launched by terrorists fell on Dama and al-al-Dwaira villages, injuring a civilian and causing material damage to a number of houses.

The source added that terrorists in the eastern countryside of Daraa province where terrorist organizations such as Jabhat al-Nusra and al-Muthanna movement are active are responsible for these attacks.

Dama village is located 37 kilometers to the northwest of Sweida city, whereas al-Dwaira is located 30 kilometers northwest of the city.
