Damascus, SANA –A number of Lebanese media outlets alleged that the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) posted news on the al-Baath Arab Socialist party in Lebanon and attempts to “lay hold of it.”

SANA affirms it didn’t post any such report or content, denying such allegations as baseless and untrue.

The Agency urges all media institutions to verify the source of any news piece before publishing it.
