A Meeting to ensure coordination between General security and merchants in Lattakia for protecting the economic facilities

Lattakia, SANA- A coordination meeting was held between representatives of the General Security Department and a number of large traders and businessmen in Lattakia, with a view to discussing a joint plan to strengthen the protection of the economic facilities in the province.

The meeting addressed the main security challenges and ways of preventing them, in return the attendees stressed the importance of ongoing cooperation and coordination between the private sector and the security agencies, ensuring a safe and investment-stimulating environment.

Participants emphasized the need to develop protection systems and enhance rapid response readiness in emergency situations, while reaffirming the commitment of all parties to support security efforts and continue holding meetings to strengthen partnerships in this area.
