Riyadh, SANA-The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs has expressed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s condemnation and denunciation of the Israeli occupation forces’ bombardment of the territory of the Syrian Arab Republic, in blatant violation of international law.
In an official statement on its account on the (X) platform, the Ministry stated: “The Kingdom condemns Israeli attempts to destabilize the security and stability of Syria and the region through these repeated violations, which contravene relevant international agreements and laws.”
The Ministry further emphasized the necessity for the international community to rise up against these attacks, stressing the importance of Security Council member states playing their role and taking serious and firm action against these continuous Israeli attacks and violations in Syria.
It called for preventing the escalation of conflict and activating international accountability mechanisms for these violations, while reiterating the Kingdom’s solidarity with the Syrian government and people.
